Description
  • The steamship Princess May run aground on Sentinel Island in Alaska. This large steamship has its bow sticking up in the air as its midsection rests on a a patch of rocky protrusions extending above the surface of the water. Visible on the ship are windows, life preservers, two tall masts, and seven silhouetted men who stand on the bow of the ship posing for the camera.
