- Dr. Richard M. Bullock (left) and Dr. F. Earl Price (right) at North Willamette Branch Experiment Station. These test plots produced 16 tons per acre. Dr. Richard M. Bullock was a Professor of Horticulture and Superintendent of the North Willamette Experiment Station from 1956-1983.
