Description
  • The College Inn was constructed as a private residence hall in 1967 by the College Inns of America. OSU acquired the property in 1975. After a major renovation in 2006, it became The Gem, named for an early OSU student publication. It is located on Kings Blvd. just north of Monroe Avenue.
