- Description
- Dr. Herbert F. Frolander (left) was Professor of Oceanography and coordinator of Sea Grant Program from 1959-1987. Pete Smith (right) graduated from Oregon State College in 1940 and managed the University Bookstore until he retired in 1981. He also served as Oregon State Alumni Association treasurer in 1954 and president of 30-Stater club in 1951. Following retirement he helped organize tours of the Horner Museum.
