Handbag (repurposed from the sleeve trim of an Attica woman's garment) of heavy-weight natural cotton trimmed along the top portion with a 5" solid embroidered band in red and blue cotton with accents of white; design has a solid red ground with a superimposed design in dark blue of geometric linear motifs in patterned bands; back side of the bag does not have the design all the way around as the underside of the sleeve was left unfinished; leather straps for handle at center.
