Horses are being used to clear a major fireline along a ridge in McDonald Forest. Snags were felled and burned with trash and down logs.

The water storage tank was located on the Irish Bend-Eureka district in Benton County, Oregon.

Make shift fire truck was used to help in field fires in Marion County.
It had a tank that held 500 gallons of water and had a pump that could be used in a pond or stream.
