Full TextToo many scientists are so cautious. If you're never wrong, then you're working in a field which is too easy for you. And he says, "don't be worried if you make a mistake because there are thousands of scientists who having nothing better to do than to show that you have made a mistake. If you've got something that you've some evidence for, and you think it's important, publish it." There's an element of risk. He didn't wait until everything was dead right. In the case of the famous DNA, his DNA structure, of course he got it wrong.
