NotesThis building served as the city hall of West Salem, Oregon, until that city merged with Salem, Oregon, 1949. Built in 1935 as a Works Progress Administration project, the building served as a library (1957-1987) until its present function as an office building. It was placed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
