Description/NotesDr. Young passed on the reins of the University to the new President Robert MacVicar on July 1st at the entrance to Bexell Hall, where the President's office was located at that time. Roy A. Young served as Acting President in 1969-1970. MacVicar was Oregon State University President from 1970 to 1984.
