Harold E. Kerr received a B.S. in Animal Husbandry from Oregon State College in 1957 and served as an agent for the Crook County Extension Station from 1960-1967. From 1969-1980, Kerr was the Marrow County Wheat Agent before being transferred to Wasco County in 1980. Kerr became Associate Director for Extension Services in 1982 and retired in 1990.
