A young man sits in the passenger seat and two younger women and a girl sit in the back seat. The men wear Euro-American clothing, including hats, neckties, collared shirts and jackets, and the women wear blouses and headscarves. Houses and other automobiles are visible in the background. |
| TCI Notes | An outside photograph of a family sitting in a parked automobile, which is in front of a house. They have been identified as the Parson Motanic family. Parson is the one behind the steering wheel. He is wearing a cowboy hat and shirt and tie. The young boy sitting in the passenger seat has been identified as the salesman son from one of the family members. He is wearing a cowboy hat and a coat. In the back seat are two women and one girl. Starting from left to right are Mary Motanic, Dorothy Motanic, Esther Motanic. The photographer was on the front right side of the automobile. In the background are a number of houses on both sides of the street. Also behind the automobile are two other automobiles. Writing on the photograph is "Parson Motanic" which is under the automobile in between the tires on the right side. In front of the automobile written in between the two front tires is "Maj. Moorhouse". |
